1. Scope

 

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the use of the mobile applications "Find Public Toilets Worldwide" and "ParkFindr – Find Parking" (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Apps"), provided by Nathaniel Buesing / NB-Apps (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider").

By downloading, installing, and/or using the Apps, you agree to these T&C. If you do not agree with the terms, you must not use the Apps.

 

 

2. App Features

 

Depending on which app you use, the following features are available:

 

Toilet search features:

  • Search for restrooms at your current location or worldwide.

  • Filters for accessible and free-to-use restrooms.

  • Save and manage favorite restroom locations.

  • Intuitive icons for public, paid, and accessible restrooms.

 

Parking search features:

  • Search for parking spots at your current location or worldwide.

  • Filters for free or accessible parking spaces.

  • Save and manage favorite parking spots.

  • Intuitive icons for street parking, garages, and covered parking.

 

Features available in both apps:

  • Save and display your parked vehicle’s location.

  • Navigate to selected locations using external map apps.

  • Use the app for free with ads, or remove ads via a one-time purchase.

 

The Provider reserves the right to further develop, modify, or remove features of the Apps at any time.

 

 

3. Usage Requirements

 

1. Device Compatibility: The Apps are optimized for mobile devices and require a compatible operating system.
2. Permissions: Certain features require access to your device’s location. This permission is necessary for relevant results and optimal use.
3. Costs: The Apps are free to use. There is an option to remove ads through a one-time purchase.

 

 

4. Disclaimer of Liability

 

1. Data Accuracy: The Provider does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of the displayed restroom or parking data.
2. Third-Party Services: Navigation is handled via external map apps. The Provider is not liable for errors or issues caused by such services.
3. Damages: The Provider is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Apps, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

 

 

5. Data Protection

 

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is accessible via the Apps. It explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All rights to the Apps, including design, features, texts, images, and source code, remain with the Provider. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

 

 

7. Changes to the T&C

 

The Provider reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Changes will be communicated within the Apps. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.

 

 

8. Termination of Use

 

The Provider may discontinue the Apps or specific features at any time. You may also stop using the Apps by uninstalling them.

 

 

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

 

These T&C are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is the Provider’s registered office, provided the user is a merchant.
