  • Camping Finder
  • Find Restaurants Worldwide
  • Any future mobile applications published by the Provider

These applications are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Apps”.

By downloading, installing, purchasing content within, or using an App, you agree to these T&C. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the Apps.

2. App Features

Depending on the App, available features may include:

  • Searching for places, facilities, businesses, or points of interest at the user’s current location or worldwide
  • Displaying locations and related information on a map or in a list
  • Filtering and sorting search results
  • Saving and managing favorite locations
  • Saving and displaying the location of a parked vehicle
  • Displaying additional information such as accessibility, opening hours, contact details, services, prices, ratings, or availability
  • Opening websites, initiating phone calls, or navigating to selected locations using third-party applications
  • Free use supported by advertising
  • Optional in-app purchases or premium features

The exact features, limitations, and purchase options may vary between Apps, countries, devices, and app versions.

The Provider reserves the right to develop, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue individual features where there is a valid reason to do so. This may include technical, legal, security-related, operational, or economic reasons.

3. Requirements for Use

  1. Device compatibility: The Apps require a compatible mobile device and operating system. The Provider cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or future operating-system version.
  2. Permissions: Certain features may require access to the device’s location or other functions. Users may deny these permissions, but some features may then be unavailable or limited.
  3. Internet connection: Some features require an active internet connection. Any charges imposed by the user’s mobile or internet provider are the user’s responsibility.
  4. Location services: Location information provided by the device may be inaccurate or unavailable. Users should verify important information independently.
  5. Lawful use: The Apps may only be used for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with their operation, security, or availability.

4. Advertising and In-App Purchases

Some Apps may be used free of charge and financed through advertising. Depending on the App, optional one-time purchases or other premium options may be available.

Premium features may include the removal of advertising, higher or unlimited usage limits, or additional functions. The exact scope and price are displayed within the respective App before purchase.

Purchases are processed through the applicable app-store provider and are additionally subject to that provider’s payment and refund conditions.

The availability and scope of premium features may vary between Apps.

5. Data and Information Accuracy

The Apps may display information obtained from external databases, mapping services, public sources, businesses, users, or other third parties.

The Provider does not guarantee that displayed information is complete, accurate, current, or available at all times. This includes, in particular:

  • Locations and addresses
  • Opening hours
  • Accessibility information
  • Prices and fees
  • Contact details and websites
  • Ratings and reviews
  • Available services, facilities, or amenities
  • Parking, restroom, camping, or restaurant information

Users should independently verify important information before relying on it. The Apps must not be used as the sole source of information in situations involving personal safety, health, emergencies, legal requirements, or significant financial decisions.

6. Third-Party Services and Content

The Apps may use or provide access to third-party services and content, including maps, navigation services, websites, telephone services, ratings, photographs, advertisements, and app-store payment systems.

The respective third-party provider is responsible for its services and content. The Provider has no control over the availability, accuracy, security, or data-processing practices of external services.

The terms and privacy policies of the respective third-party providers may also apply.

7. Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations whose fulfilment is necessary for the proper use of the Apps and on whose fulfilment users may normally rely. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract.

Any mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

The Provider is not responsible for damage caused solely by inaccurate third-party information, unavailable external services, incorrect device location data, improper use of the Apps, or circumstances outside the Provider’s reasonable control.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available within the Apps and explains what data may be collected, how it is used, and which third-party services may be involved.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Apps and their original content, including their design, software, source code, texts, graphics, icons, and other elements created by the Provider, remain with the Provider unless otherwise stated.

Third-party content remains the property of its respective rights holders.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit the Apps or their content except where expressly permitted by law.

10. Availability and Discontinuation

The Provider aims to keep the Apps available and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party service failures, security measures, or circumstances outside the Provider’s control.

The Provider may discontinue an App or individual features where there is a valid reason to do so. Where reasonably possible, users will be informed in advance.

Users may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to These T&C

The Provider may update these T&C where necessary, for example because of changes to the Apps, legal requirements, third-party services, security requirements, or business operations.

Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner, such as within the Apps or on the Provider’s website. Where legally required, the user’s consent will be obtained before the revised terms take effect.

The current version of these T&C will be made available through the Apps or the Provider’s website.

12. Severability

If any provision of these T&C is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. Applicable statutory provisions shall replace the invalid or unenforceable provision.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in the user’s country of residence.

If the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the Provider’s registered place of business shall be the place of jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
